Darwin and Annie Torres are church planting missionaries currently based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After years of frontline ministry in Peru, they now serve as stateside missionaries committed to planting a bilingual, gospel-centered church while continuing to oversee and strengthen the ministries they helped establish in South America.
Darwin, originally from Iquitos, Peru, serves as a pastor, church planter, and leadership trainer with a passion for raising up biblically grounded pastors and healthy local churches. He provides ongoing mentorship, pastoral oversight, and strategic guidance to church plants in Cusco, Chinchero, and Iquitos. Through their seminary and Bible college initiatives, they have equipped and graduated national pastors and leaders who are faithfully serving their communities across Peru.
Annie, originally from Colorado Springs, serves as director of communications, fundraising, and administration for their ministry efforts. She cultivates partnerships with churches and supporters, oversees donor relations, and ensures the organizational and operational strength of both their U.S.-based church plant and their international ministries. Together, they advocate for missionaries, support pastoral development, and sustain initiatives such as widows’ care and leadership training.
Now planting a bilingual church in Colorado Springs, Darwin and Annie are committed to building a healthy, Christ-centered congregation while maintaining active oversight and encouragement of their Peruvian ministry teams. Their calling is to strengthen the global Church by equipping leaders, planting churches, and fostering gospel partnerships that span cultures and nations.
