Pierce and Diana Westfall are the remaining co-founders of A Jesus Mission. Pierce serves as President, and Diana serves as VP of Missionary Care.
From 2013 to 2018, Pierce and Diana traveled with their children throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Central America, serving alongside local churches and connecting with missionaries. Along the way, they saw that no one escapes the human experience—including those who serve on the front lines. That conviction helped shape their desire to build a care-focused organization that is deeply attentive to people, relationships, and long-term health.
Since 2018, they have continued cultivating relationships across the world so AJM missionaries can thrive with longevity. Pierce is especially passionate about developing new missionaries, reshaping how we understand “church,” and helping local churches better support and care for those they send. Diana focuses on stewarding the ministry’s DNA—its convictions, values, and day-to-day practices. Much of her work happens in conversations and care, often more than behind a computer.
The Westfalls have three children—Annika, Faye, and Ember. These days, Annika volunteers at Kingdom Coffee, while the rest of the family is back on the road in a van—this time gathering resources and strengthening support for AJM’s missionaries.
