From Death to Destiny: A Journey of Hope
At 13, I nearly drowned in a swollen river. Born in a Hindu family, I lived in fear—especially of hell, taught as a place of torment. My religion offered no real peace or assurance, not even about life itself.
At 16, I met a teacher whose story gripped my heart. Once a violent man, he had become joyful through Christ. His testimony stirred something deep in me, and I received Jesus into my life.
But that decision came at a cost. I was rejected by my family and misunderstood by many. They thought I had gone mad or fallen into a foreign religion. Yet, God opened doors. I went to Wichita, Kansas, for studies, joined a church, and was introduced to Perspectives, a missions course that reshaped my vision. I returned to South Asia with a calling to serve.
Today, I lead a ministry serving in three critical areas: healthcare, legal counseling, and Christian literature.
Healthcare:
We serve the poor, many of whom die preventable deaths for lack of basic care. We run medical camps and are working toward launching a “Poor Man’s Hospital”, where the suffering can find help and hope.
Legal Counseling:
Churches here lacked legal status for over 30 years. By God’s grace, we helped register them as Religious Trusts—a breakthrough that was long prayed for. We continue to support ministries with legal help.
Christian Literature:
We translate and distribute powerful Christian books that nourish the body of Christ—resources that most believers here have never had access to.
Serving in these ways has been life-changing. With your support, we can bring hope where it’s needed most—without limit.
