Luke Maddox

For nearly two years, I’ve been living and working in Ukraine, delivering food and supplies to villages on the frontlines where the need is most critical. Each week, we bring relief to families facing unimaginable challenges, doing what we can to provide support and faith.

In addition to the food deliveries, I’ve co-founded a Christian soccer club in Odesa for children affected by the war. We’re currently raising funds to build a new soccer field, which we hope to break ground by the end of the year. This project is about more than just soccer—it’s about giving kids a chance to experience some normal childhood and joy despite all of the drama surrounding them.

With the support of A Jesus Mission, I’ll continue making these trips, providing aid, and looking forward to seeing the soccer club grow. The need here is ongoing, and I’m fully committed to helping the people of Ukraine through this difficult time.
