Lindsey Smith

Lindsey grew up in a Christian home, helping on her family’s cattle ranch. In her senior year of high school, she surrendered her life to Jesus, a decision that led her to Bible college in pursuit of a deeper relationship with the Lord. There, God cultivated in her a passion for cross-cultural missions and discipleship.

After college, Lindsey spent four years teaching at a Christian school, an experience that became a stepping stone to the mission field. She later served as an international teacher and missionary in Southeast Asia, where she gained firsthand insight into the unique challenges cross-cultural missionaries face.

The Lord has now led Lindsey into a new season of ministry focused on missionary care—providing encouragement, biblical counseling, and practical support to missionaries. This includes traveling to visit and uplift missionaries in person, connecting churches to the needs of those on the field, and equipping the body of Christ to come alongside those who have been called to go. In addition, Lindsey is launching a coffee ministry at her local church, creating a space for conversations about missions while raising support for missionaries. She also continues to serve as part of the AJM Missionary Care Team, supporting fellow missionaries through prayer, connection, and care.

As she works toward completing her Biblical counseling degree (May 2025), Lindsey is developing a team of partners who share her heart for caring for missionaries. If you would like to be part of this mission through prayer, partnership, or advocacy, Lindsey would love to connect with you!
