I was raised in a Christian family, but when my mother went with the Lord I turned away from both my family and the Lord and began living my own life outside of God’s will. After that, I start hanging out with bad crowds and started smoking, drinking, etc. But during all of this, my father and family continued to pray fervently for my salvation. When I was 19 years old and facing difficulties, Jesus came into my life and saved me and made me a new creation in Him and a member of a chosen generation, He said, and He called me and wants to use me. On July 3rd, 2021, I was baptized with water and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and made a commitment to carry out God’s will by being a blessing to others.
Being a believer and focusing on the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16–20) as I grew up in Christ Jesus as a member of the church’s youth group, I began ministering to and reaching out to non-Christian children, friends, and family; and whenever I had the chance to do so in the villages, churches, schools, colleges, etc. At that point, I realized that everything I was thinking and doing was not my own, but rather what God wanted to do through me. I then learned from fellow AJM missionary Samuel Bashir about AJM’s “Equip the Found and Find the Lost” principle. I’m currently in this for “A Jesus Mission”, which is why I’m here.
According to my own experience, living a life with God is difficult, but it becomes even more difficult when you have to carry out His desire and benefit other people. According to Philippians 4:13, I can accomplish anything through Christ. It has been more than two years since I entered the harvest field by His will, and I will steadfastly continue to do the same: evangelizing, teaching, and spreading the truth to the world. He has given me the power, wisdom, and way to speak to non-Christians.
