Hi, my name is Jack Northcote. In recent years, the Lord has led me on a journey through serving with the amazing people of Kenya. I’ve grown up watching the Amani Foundation be used as a tool by God to bring His love to people across the world. Having been on mission trips to Kenya and the Dominican Republic, I can honestly say that God can take something small and use it to impact people in ways we could never imagine.
A recent example of life change is the newly built girls’ high school which provides higher education for the young women at the Amani Children’s Home. Personal friends of mine, Paul, Vincent, and Brighton, have also grown up at the Amani Children’s Home learning, growing, and walking in the path the Lord has brought them on.
As of now, I am in the process of working on becoming a full-time missionary for six months to a year in Kenya. During this time, some of the ministries I will be helping in consist of youth ministry, young adult ministry, evangelism, and outreach in neighboring communities. My six-month budget is $23,000, which covers all aspects of this program: flights, lodging, meals, ground transportation, ministry expenses, health insurance, and other expenses. Personally, I’m investing $4,000 into this calling that God has drawn me towards.
