Kumar Tamang

My name is Kumar, and my journey with God has been shaped by His mercy in the hardest seasons of my life. I come from a middle caste in (country redacted), and after my love marriage was rejected by both families, life became very difficult. With two children to raise and overwhelming pressure, I fell deeply into drinking, and nothing my family tried could help me stop. Everything changed the night Jesus appeared to me in a dream. From that moment, my desire for alcohol was gone. I believe Jesus truly set me free.

My faith grew even stronger when my daughter survived a severe carbon monoxide accident. Doctors said she had almost no chance of living, but through prayer, God saved her. Today she is studying at a Christian university and growing in her faith.

Because of these miracles, I am committed to serving Jesus with my life. As a father of three, with two children studying abroad in Christian universities, the journey has not been easy, especially financially. But I have continued to send them because I believe God has a purpose for them and will provide everything they need to become future Christian leaders.

Through A Jesus Mission, I hope to grow, serve faithfully, and share the same hope and transformation that changed my family and my life.
